Developer apps cydia launch release AppSwiper, This tweak works with iOS 6 or higher. AppSwiper v1.2 tweak for controlling exactly which applications get to stay ‘alive’ in your devices’ RAM, but also lets you easily close from the from the home screen with a simple swipe up on the application icon.

the applications that are running have a blue colored bubble around the application names. The bubble it’s intended to let you know exactly what applications you have open. You can swipe up on any application icons that have this blue bubble to bring up the confirmation message that shows you how much of your memory the application is using and give you the option to kill the application to leave it alone. After install AppSwiper adds a preferences pane to the Settings application where you can configure the tweak’s settings.

What’s New In AppSwiper v1.2

  • New ‘Lower Sensitivity’ option in the settings.
  • New feature, using Activator, to show a popup of all your currently open apps, how much RAM they are each using and then the option to kill them.
  • Bug fixes.
