The Cydia Tweak Camerability has been officially released and works with devices that have iOS 8 or higher. Camerability cydia tweak lets you access camera from Reachability view on iOS and take photos or record videos in a few taps.
How this works is pretty simple, Camerability is opened up just like you would open the Reachability interface, by simply double-tapping on the Touch ID sensor. Once you’re there, you can tap anywhere in the viewfinder to snap a picture, or you can tap and hold to record video, releasing your finger to end the recording. After you have installed this tweak, you will be able to configure it to your own personal preferences in the Settings app.
If you are interested, then you can download Camerability iOS 8 from the BigBoss repository in Cydia just $1. 49. To install this program requires a jailbroken device (see if and how you can do the jailbreak to your iPhone by clicking here) and you need an Internet connection to download the package. This tweak is compatible with iOS 8.0 and later versions of the mobile operating system from Apple.
