When iOS 11 premiered it drew a lot of criticism from dissatisfied users, who were perplexed because of the way it changed the Control Center toggles to get Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Contrary to iOS 10 and each other iOS variant before it, after iOS 11 you can’t totally turn off Bluetooth or Wi-Fi by tapping on their CC toggle.
Rather, when you tap the buttons these radios are turned off until the morning after. Even then the radios are not turned off entirely as iOS keep them busy for system services like AirDrop, Hotspot, accessories and more. In order to truly turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi you have to visit the Settings application and flip off switch for each setting.
RealCC tweak for jailbroken iOS 11 devices solves this issue by reinstating the functionality of iOS 10 Bluetooth and Wi-Fi toggles on iOS 11. This means when you tap on the toggles from Control Center these radios will really deactivate, like they do when you turn off switches from Settings.
After installing RealCC that your iOS apparatus will no more maintain Bluetooth and Wi-Fi busy for system services. You may turn them back if you like by tapping the Control Center again, just like you normally would.
If you want to download RealCC in your jailbroken iOS 11 device, then you may download it for free from Cydia’s BigBoss repository. Anyone interested in learning how the tweak works can peek at its source code on GitHub.
