IMessage App Store was one of the highlights of iOS 10. It has been a year and the machine hasn’t aged well. It’s not a thriving ecosystem like the App Store is. Yes, you will find amazing sticker packs and some useful apps jut that’s it. In iOS 11, Apple is taking another crack at it.
There’s no basic change the iMessage apps. The way we interact together is completely fresh and simplified.
How to Use the New iMessage Apps Picker
When you get to a dialog, you are going to see a new ticker at the bottom with icons for iMassage programs. You can swipe on the program ticker. When you do that, the ticker expands to reveal a larger app icon and the label, which is the app’s name.
Tap on an icon to open the iMessage program in the personal computer perspective. You can Now use the app just like previously. Swipe left/right to cycle involving the program or use the ticker to change to a different app.
When you tap the text box, it is going to be replaced with the keyboard. Tap the App Store button to get to the iMessage apps again.
How to Go to iMessage App Store
From the ticker, the icon is in the App Store. Tap on it and the iMessage App Store will show up in a floating drawer.
How to Eliminate iMessage Apps
To handle iMessage programs, swipe to the end of the iMessage programs ticker. Then tap on the More button.
This will bring up a listing of all of the iMessage apps. You can swipe left of the app to reveal the Delete button.
If you would like to disable multiple programs at the same, time, tap the Edit button.
Now, toggle the apps that you want to conceal from the drawer.
