The Cydia Tweak CCSmoothSlider has been officially released and works with devices that have iOS 9 or higher. CCSmoothSlider is a new jailbreak tweak lets you removes the ugly slider for brightness and volume on control center and replaces it with a clean new one. With this tweak, you can customize the text in the center of each of the bars, configure custom fill and text colors for them, and more.

After you install the tweak, you can head over to Settings and configure all kinds of settings to complete the look you want. The preferences pane will show you a bunch of settings that you will need to go through. For instance, there is a toggle option for enabling and disabling the tweak on demand. At the same time, you can choose to show or hid the slider percentage, adjust the sensitivity level of the sliders, and change the rounded corner radius of the progress bars.
