The Cydia Tweak CustomNC has been officially released and works with devices that have iOS 9 or higher. CustomNC is a new jailbreak tweak lets users to take control over how the NC looks on their iOS 9 device by making alterations to how it looks and what elements. With this tweak you can hide certain aspects of the Notification Center including the today view, background blur, hide tabs, ‘No Notifications’ that appears when you clear the pending notifications among other things. You can also get rid of top and bottom separators and enable or disable full notification text.

After installing the CustomNC tweak, proceed to check its preferences pane that it adds in the Settings app. The options you will get include:

  • Hide Today View
  • Option to Hide Notification View
  • Hide Tabs
  • Show or Hide Top Separator
  • Hide Bottom Separator
  • Change the Hide Blur
  • Hide “No Notifications” Text
  • Full Notification Text

Finally, to try the CustomNC tweak, head over to the Cydia’s BigBoss repository. The tweak is free hence you should not worry about any charges. CustomNC should run smoothly on devices with iOS 9 although you can also try it on another iOS version.
