The Cydia Tweak WiJoin has been officially released and works with devices that have iOS 9 or higher. WiJoin is a new jailbreak tweak displays the network SSID that you have joined in a small HUD that appears near the bottom of the screen. The popup appears immediately your device is connected to a new network in real time. The popup won’t interfere with anything you are doing since it also disappears quickly. Basically, WiJoin helps you know the network you are connected to and from that you can carry out a number of options depending on your view and the security installed in your device. The developer says he got the inspiration for making WiJoin from Android, which isn’t uncommon of jailbreak developers. The tweak works on all jailbroken iOS 7, 8, and 9 devices and there are no options to configure.

Finally, to try the WiJoin tweak, head over to the Cydia’s BigBoss repository. The tweak is free hence you should not worry about any charges. WiJoin should run smoothly on devices with iOS 9 although you can also try it on another iOS version. To install this program requires a jailbroken device (see if and how you can do the jailbreak to your iPhone by clicking here) and you need an Internet connection to download the package.
